Producer-Presenter

Job Requirements
- Love for music and talking

- Know what's hip and what's not, what makes interesting talks for radio

- Know how to engage listeners in tuning to your talks

- Ability to conceptualise and prepare on-air and outdoor shows

- Enjoy planning events and creating fun activities

- Able to write and produce radio commercials

Personal Qualities
- Good voice, and a flair for on-show presentation
- Creative, imaginative, confident, fun and full of zest
- Good with details and events planning

Entry Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably in Mass Communication

NEWS/SPORTS

Editor / Broadcast Journalist (English)

You will gather, write, edit & voice news & sports bulletins. If you have the experience, you will be expected to lead the daily news editorial meetings, assign news coverage and set the daily editorial direction.

Requirements:

Degree majoring in Journalism, Political Science or English
At least 3 years experience in journalism or related fields
Good communication & networking skills
Completed National Service & keen interest in defence news
Resourceful & able to work under pressure & within deadlines
Effectively bilingual (English/Mandarin)

** Applicants who do not qualify for the Editor position may be considered for a Broadcast Journalist post.

SALES & MARKETING

Senior Account Executive / Account Executive

You will market & sell radio airtime/sponsored programs to clients and advertising agencies. Source & develop new business opportunities. Achieve revenue targets. Initiate & develop effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

You love meeting and talking to people
You have a fantastic way with people and you're persuasive
You can think 'out of the box' and are creative with sales ideas
You have a wide network of contacts and business associates
You are resourceful and are able to initiate and develop effective sales strategies

Personal Qualities:

you have been in sales, preferably media or outdoor sales, for at least 1 year

Account Director

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in media sales or 5 years in sales.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Excellent goal setting & negotiation skills.

Able to multi-task & work under pressure

TECHNICAL

Sound/Technical Executive / Senior Sound/Technical Executive

Responsibilities

- Ensure day-to-day broadcast operation runs smoothly

- Set up and maintain IT network, broadcasting system & studio equipment

- Install audio equipment for radio events & clients’ campaigns

Entry Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Computer related studies (ITE graduates with 3 years of working experience will also be considered)

Attributes

- Possess background in RF, IT & studio maintenance

- Obtain a formal training in electronics/electrical engineering/sound engineering/IT technology

- Possess good organizational/planning skills

- Able to multi-task, work independently & as a team under minimal supervision

- Able to work shift & long hours
